As our selected Community Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in enhancing the living experience for our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Community Manager, ensuring compliance with property regulations, conducting regular inspections, and fostering a positive community atmosphere.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management or a similar supervisory role
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Solid background in financial management

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Yardi software
  • Understanding of Fair Housing regulations
