Job Description

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Strategy Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy development and implementation, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Breakthru's multi-year commercial roadmap, integrating with corporate strategy to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Support the Director, Commercial Strategy, and cross-functional stakeholders in strategy development for commercial opportunities through analysis, presentation building, and recommendation development.
  • Provide project management support and thought partnership for commercial work-streams across the commercial organization, including Commercial Strategy, Sales Excellence, Digital, Supplier Business Development, and National Accounts.
  • Conduct on-going industry analyses to identify commercial opportunities for Breakthru, including Route-to-Market, Portfolio, Customer, and Consumer.
  • Support the coordination and execution of strategic commercial workstreams, including Trade Development, Analytics, and Commercial Capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of business experience.
  • Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs, including presentation software and MS Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to various audiences and augment messaging/content accordingly.
  • Ability to access, organize, and analyze complex data sets to identify thoughtful and actionable trends and insights.
  • Ability to communicate findings verbally and visually through high-quality 'Executive Ready' PowerPoint decks and verbal presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Management and/or Executive Communication experience.
  • Project Management Experience.
  • Prior Consulting Experience.
  • Knowledge of the 3-Tier System and prior Beverage Alcohol Experience.
  • Experience utilizing Syndicated Data Sources (e.g., Nielsen) for analysis.
