Role Overview:
As a key representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Operations Manager embodies our commitment to customer service and satisfaction. This role involves overseeing, coordinating, and executing project activities to meet service demands and ensure a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute production processes as planned while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Manage customer interactions and overall satisfaction, utilizing feedback from online reviews.
- Clearly communicate expectations to restoration teams and supervise their daily tasks.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate job documentation to support the services rendered.
- Monitor labor and material usage on assigned projects.
- Collaborate with the restoration project manager and office personnel regarding project updates and challenges.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Safeguard and utilize equipment and materials responsibly.
- Mentor and train restoration staff.
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
- IICRC certification is a plus but not mandatory
Skills and Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds with assistance when necessary.
- Capability to climb ladders, work at heights, and navigate confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces).
- Proficient in repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying tasks.
- Comfortable working with cleaning agents.
- Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
