Job Overview

As a key member of our team, the Restoration Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of our services. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee production processes to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Communicate clear expectations and supervise the activities of restoration technicians to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Document and maintain accurate job files to support services provided.
  • Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with project managers and office staff to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Protect and manage company assets, including equipment and materials.
  • Provide coaching and training to restoration technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • At least one year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
  • IICRC certification a plus, but not required.
Skills and Competencies
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to work at heights, in tight spaces, and with cleaning agents.
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
