Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant Blossom Hill

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, where you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of our brand, and your goal will be to create meaningful connections with every customer, using your personalized sales expertise to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options and provide personalized sales support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services, using this knowledge to educate customers and drive sales.
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements:
