Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Product Development Test Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the execution of product development test plans, test sequences, and directed tests. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to test standards and procedures, operating and maintaining lab environments, equipment, and tools for product development testing, validation, and test equipment setup and calibration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate execution of product development test plans, test sequences, and directed tests
  • Ensure adherence to test standards and procedures
  • Operate and maintain lab environments, equipment, and tools for product development testing, validation, and test equipment setup and calibration
  • Observe test subjects performing tasks to ensure correct product usage
  • Record data points generated by tests to ensure accuracy, analyze and prepare detailed reports of test results, and identify any issues with products or tests

Requirements:

  • High School Equivalent and 6 years' experience OR an associate degree in a science, technology, math, engineering, or STEM discipline and 3 years' experience OR Undergraduate degree (candidate must possess the degree or expect to complete the required degree by employment start date)
  • 2+ years of experience with manufacturing in a semiconductor/high-tech environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in more than one process module in a Die Prep/Sort/Fab environment
  • Experience with data extraction and analysis tools such as SQL pathfinder, JMP, Excel, etc.
