Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling room assignments, key cards, and other guest-related tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security, to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, ensuring the highest level of service and quality standards are met.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move around the front desk area as needed.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
