We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our team at Mount Sinai Hospital's MICU. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, incorporating evidence-based practices and the principles of Relationship Centered Care.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs, applying critical thinking skills to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health and well-being.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of patient care and safety.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in New York State.
- Relevant clinical experience in critical care or a related field.
