Job Overview:

We stand as a top-performing agency within our organization, boasting seven consecutive years of double-digit growth in new sales. As we advance, we seek a strong leader who can master our sales process within six months, an achievement typically requiring up to a year.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand market presence, transitioning into a mentorship role to impart strategies for success to new team members.
  • Demonstrate drive, assertiveness, and resilience, embodying a proactive 'see a need, meet a need' mindset.
  • Exhibit initiative, avoiding dependency on explicit instructions, and autonomously manage daily and weekly tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Quickly grasp and proficiently navigate our systems and protocols, projecting confidence in abilities and decisions.
  • Proficient in coaching, teaching, and motivating peers, maintaining a high standard of excellence in personal and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
  • Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available).
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Comprehensive classroom and field training program.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
