Top Sales Performer Wanted for Supplemental Insurance Agency

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our growth strategy, leveraging exceptional self-awareness and leadership skills to drive expansion while maintaining personal excellence and professional achievement.
Job Overview:
We stand as a top-performing agency within our organization, boasting seven consecutive years of double-digit growth in new sales. As we advance, we seek a strong leader who can master our sales process within six months, an achievement typically requiring up to a year.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand market presence, transitioning into a mentorship role to impart strategies for success to new team members.
- Demonstrate drive, assertiveness, and resilience, embodying a proactive 'see a need, meet a need' mindset.
- Exhibit initiative, avoiding dependency on explicit instructions, and autonomously manage daily and weekly tasks with minimal supervision.
- Quickly grasp and proficiently navigate our systems and protocols, projecting confidence in abilities and decisions.
- Proficient in coaching, teaching, and motivating peers, maintaining a high standard of excellence in personal and team performance.
Requirements:
- Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
- Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available).
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle-3 business days) as well as monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
