EDI Implementation Specialist I Job Description

ADP is seeking an EDI Implementation Specialist I to join our team. As a key member of our Connections Implementation team, you will be responsible for setting up EDI file feeds between WFN and third-party benefits vendors to ensure successful enrollment and demographic information transmission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage connections projects in various stages of implementation, providing technical guidance on account structures and analyzing test files.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve benefit setup, data, and coding discrepancies.
  • Drive connections projects using project management and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Basic project management skills
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and with a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in EDI implementation or support
  • Business consulting experience
