Job Title - Workday (PRISM) Implementation Analyst

This is a key role at Syntricate Technologies where you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to monitor, support, and research data quality and cleanup efforts. Your expertise will be utilized to conduct root cause analysis on data issues, facilitate comprehensive solutions, and ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor, support, and research data quality and cleanup efforts
  • Conducting root cause analysis on data issues, facilitating comprehensive solutions
  • Data validation
  • Ticket management (JIRA)
  • Gather, analyze, document, validate, and communicate business requirements effectively
  • General project documentation (i.e., meeting notes, drafting proposals)
  • General support through testing phases: researching issues, providing guidance on defect resolution
  • Other project support tasks as identified
Required Skills:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data structures, identify data discrepancies, and ensure data integrity
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts related to ERP systems, such as database structures
  • Expert with Excel (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, concatenations, etc.)
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to various audiences
  • Ability to influence others
  • Flexibility and adaptability; ability to work in ambiguous situations at all levels of the organization
  • Problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
  • Ability to synthesize multiple sources of data/information and compile them into a cohesive presentation
