Job Overview

TalentFish LLC is seeking a highly skilled SAP OTC Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expertise in SAP O2C systems, including SAP SD, SAP CRM, and SAP FSCM, as well as OpenText.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise
    • Provide support for SAP O2C systems, including troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and implementing enhancements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging Agile Methodology.
    • Design scalable solutions to meet business needs and system configuration.
  • Business Process Optimization
    • Responsible for financial controls, responding to internal/external audit requests, ensuring corporate policy and SOX compliance in all phases of the business processes.
    • Plan and manage ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and support of SAP ecosystems while establishing best practices in governance, risk mitigation, and audit compliance.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Trains, guides, and mentors other professionals or colleagues with less experience.
    • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel, lead functional teams or projects, and serve as a best practice/quality resource.
Requirements
  • Experience in an SAP O2C environment demonstrating highly competent abilities in standard software development life cycle management and project management techniques and methodologies.
  • SAP O2C SME with hands-on configuration experience in SAP O2C modules, including SAP SD, SAP CRM, and SAP FSCM, and SAP Receivable Management areas and OpenText.
  • A deep understanding of SAP O2C processes and extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP systems to support end-to-end O2C processes.
  • Strong experience in SAP sales & distribution (SD), sales contracts, sales order management, master data configuration, Credit Management.
  • Strong experience in Customizing Pricing processes, variant pricing, billing, inter-company sales, Accounts Receivable, Rebates, and revenue recognition processes.
  • Solid understanding on SD & FI-AR integration and have extensively worked on SD and FI integration setting up the account determination procedures.
  • Experience in SAP S4 Hana and as an O2C lead is preferred.
  • Knowledge of master data objects required to support the Order to Cash processes (business partner, customer hierarchy, etc.).
  • Solid understanding and experience of integrating SAP O2C module with other SAP modules like FICO, MM, PP, PS.
  • Advanced experience with designing and implementing systems/applications solutions.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, Excel, and PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Experience with system management processes, business requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Experience creating business process diagrams including business process procedures as necessary.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Full-lifecycle SAP implementation experience with Hybrid and Agile methodology framework and related business processes.
  • Advanced experience with designing and implementing systems/applications solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Ability to embrace change and assist others in accepting and moving forward with new systems and processes.
  • Work collaboratively with multiple teams within Business and IT organizations. Ability to multi-task on multiple projects.
  • Experience with developing Queries, SQL extracts, and updating queries as required by Business Users.
