Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect, develop, and sustain robust and scalable test automation frameworks utilizing Tricentis Tosca.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to establish test automation methodologies that align with overarching project objectives.
  • Oversee the deployment and execution of automated test suites for functional, regression, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to the automation testing team, promoting adherence to industry best practices.
  • Customize and enhance Tricentis Tosca features to cater to unique project demands and elevate automation capabilities.
  • Integrate Tricentis Tosca with essential tools (such as Qtest for Test Management and ADO for Features/User stories) and systems within the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines and issue tracking platforms.
  • Analyze testing outcomes to identify areas for improvement in test coverage and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges associated with Tricentis Tosca implementation and automation processes.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
  • At least 12 years of experience focused on test automation, particularly with Tricentis Tosca.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
  • Strong grasp of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly utilized for test automation, including Selenium, Java, C#, or Python.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborating in Agile development teams is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a history of guiding and mentoring teams.
  • Tricentis Tosca certification (e.g., Tricentis Certified Tosca Automation Engineer) is required.
