Position Overview:

Navistar is seeking a seasoned Product Strategy Leader to spearhead the development and implementation of SAP solutions for the commercial vehicle industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and efficiency across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for SAP solutions, aligning with business goals and ensuring delivery of high-quality products.
  • Market Analysis: Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and drive business growth.
  • Product Roadmap: Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements within key business processes such as Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report, and Plan to Perform.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product owners, developers, designers, and other stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Communication: Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and driving business results.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 11 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience, with at least 6 years of management experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Skills: Expert knowledge in SAP areas, proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, and outstanding communication skills.
