Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with existing teams to provide architectural and solution expertise to ongoing projects.

• Assess the current architecture and devise a plan for necessary enhancements.

• Design and implement mobile solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient.

• Lead a team of mobile developers and analysts in the creation of a new product.

• Determine the appropriate technology stack for future mobile development.

• Plan and execute the transition of existing mobile tools to the new technology stack.

• Work with Product Owners to outline the remaining work for the year.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience

• At least 1 year of leadership experience

OR

• Master's degree

• Minimum of 6 years of software engineering experience

• At least 1 year of leadership experience

OR

• Minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience

• At least 1 year of leadership experience

Additional Requirements


Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.


Desired Skills

• Profound understanding of native iOS and Android platforms and applications.

• Experience in mobile development, including native, hybrid, and mobile backend.

• Familiarity with mobile architectures and patterns, encompassing local devices and cloud solutions.

• Capability to design and implement mobile solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.

• Proven ability to lead a team of mobile developers and analysts in product development.

• Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a creative and agile mindset.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably Azure.
