Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and identify leads at the initial stages of the funnel using cold calling techniques
  • Demonstrate the value of our services through phone calls, email, and other communication channels
  • Update our CRM system to stay current on leads and follow-ups
  • Participate in our sales coaching process to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

Training and Development

We offer a comprehensive 9-week training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Our training program includes:

  • State-of-the-art training on cold calling techniques and sales strategies
  • One-on-one coaching sessions with a full-time sales trainer
  • Weekly coaching sessions to identify areas of opportunity and set expectations
  • Meetings with our Account Executives and other Sales Development Representatives to grow and evolve as a team
