Medical Call Center Agent

BASS MEDICAL GROUP is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large volumes of calls, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate billing information.
As a Medical Call Center Agent, you will work closely with patients, referral sources, and administrative departments to resolve inquiries and concerns. Your ability to communicate effectively with insurance companies and patients will be essential in this role.
The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
