Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Inspector to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper installation, testing, and maintenance of Wet, Dry, Pre-Action, and Deluge Sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA and State of Department of Health regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular inspections and testing of sprinkler systems to identify and document deficiencies
  • Conduct maintenance and repair work on sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve system performance and efficiency
Requirements
  • Three years of experience in field inspection and maintenance of Wet, Dry, Pre-Action, and Deluge Sprinkler systems
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds without assistance
  • Knowledge of fire pumps, backflows, and standpipes is a plus
