Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our Chapter into the future. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of strategic leadership, vision, and execution. They will be responsible for driving our mission, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the financial sustainability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve our mission and goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners
  • Lead a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality programs and services
  • Manage our finances, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our organization
  • Represent our Chapter in a professional and positive manner, promoting our mission and values
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-profit leadership, strategic planning, and team management. They will be a collaborative leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a master's degree is preferred.
