Office Operations Manager

Suffolk County Sheriff's Department is seeking a highly skilled Office Operations Manager to lead our administrative team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with payroll processing and attendance systems is a plus. You will work closely with supervisors and staff members to develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity, maintain accurate personnel records, and perform various administrative tasks with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Oversight of daily office operations

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in administrative support or a related field

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
