We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and manage multiple project teams. The successful candidate will have prior telecom experience with knowledge of voice systems like Cisco or Genesys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple project teams, developing and executing resource plans, staffing the project team, tracking progress, and managing budget, scope, and schedule.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to manage scope, requirements, and organizational change management.
  • Track, measure, and communicate timeline progress, critical milestones, and overall deliverables to project stakeholders.
  • Manage 3rd party vendor partnerships to ensure contract compliance and quality of deliverables.
  • Prepare and present project status updates to leadership/executives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience.
  • Project Management and/or Lean Six Sigma and/or Organizational Change Management certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience as an IT project manager or comparable role on medium/large-scale software development projects.
  • Experience in a telecom environment using voice solutions like Cisco or Genesys, call center management, and infrastructure required.
