Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute holistic media strategies across paid search, paid social, and programmatic display marketing campaigns.

  • Establish and manage tracking and analysis of campaign performance to align with client KPIs and success metrics.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching new ad platforms and brainstorming innovative campaign ideas.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field of study.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in paid media, working agency-side or with multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Knowledgeable and confident in various ad platforms and programs, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills to collect, compile, and analyze data.
  • Technically savvy and experienced in areas such as programmatic and demand-side ad platforms.
