We are seeking a seasoned Director of Partner Growth to lead our dynamic partner team at Botrista. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth through new and existing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to grow Botrista's presence with new and existing partners
- Own pilots in new verticals with new partners, manage a skilled deployment team, and expand Botrista's presence with existing partners
- Build and maintain senior relationships with partners, presenting business reports to partners on Botrista's impact
- Hit growth targets, create new business opportunities, present business demonstrations, and manage relationships
- 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, and/or growth
- 5-7 years of Food Service experience (Selling to or working at contract catering companies)
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience conducting business with food service businesses, with particular focus on non-commercial food service providers, contract caterers, etc.
- Operational experience with deploying new products and/or services to partners
- Beverage and refreshments experience with preferred exposure to fountain drink or other non-ready-to-drink beverages to enterprise and channel partners
- Experience expanding account sales after initial contract (e.g. franchisee sales and/or selling incremental products to existing accounts)
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to craft presentations and model financial impacts
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- 30% travel required
- Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 per year
- Plus bonus and stock options
