Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow Botrista's presence with new and existing partners
  • Own pilots in new verticals with new partners, manage a skilled deployment team, and expand Botrista's presence with existing partners
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with partners, presenting business reports to partners on Botrista's impact
  • Hit growth targets, create new business opportunities, present business demonstrations, and manage relationships
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, and/or growth
  • 5-7 years of Food Service experience (Selling to or working at contract catering companies)
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience conducting business with food service businesses, with particular focus on non-commercial food service providers, contract caterers, etc.
  • Operational experience with deploying new products and/or services to partners
  • Beverage and refreshments experience with preferred exposure to fountain drink or other non-ready-to-drink beverages to enterprise and channel partners
  • Experience expanding account sales after initial contract (e.g. franchisee sales and/or selling incremental products to existing accounts)
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to craft presentations and model financial impacts
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • 30% travel required
