Field Sales Staffing Professional

We are seeking a Field Sales Staffing Professional to join our team at Cometeer, a rapidly growing company that is redefining the coffee industry. As a key member of our field operations, you will be responsible for staffing our field channel kiosks with highly qualified sales team members.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to hire Sales Associates, Sales Experts, and Store Managers for new kiosks and field locations nationwide.
- Staffing Existing Locations: Identify and fill staffing gaps ensuring every kiosk remains fully staffed to sustain optimal operational efficiency.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, employee referrals, and recruitment campaigns, to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Schedule and conduct candidate screenings, including resume reviews, virtual and in-person interviews, and assessments.
- Collaboration with Management: Partner closely with the Field Operations & Growth Manager and Regional Sales Managers to understand staffing needs, timelines, and operational goals for each location.
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in high-volume, nationwide, outbound recruitment and talent acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with problem-solving abilities and willingness to travel regularly, are essential.
