Stem Cell Assay Developer

GC Therapeutics is a cutting-edge biotechnology company seeking a talented Stem Cell Assay Developer to join our research team in Cambridge, MA. As a Stem Cell Assay Developer, you will design, develop, and validate assays for testing the safety and efficacy of stem cell-derived products.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing and executing experiments to determine assay performance, including specificity, accuracy, precision, linearity, range, reproducibility, and robustness. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and contributing to documentation for regulatory filings, team meetings, and company presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and validate assays for testing the safety and efficacy of stem cell-derived products.
- Perform experimental design, data generation, analysis, and communication of results to supervisors and team members.
- Analyze data and contribute to documentation for regulatory filings, team meetings, and company presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in biology, cell biology, bioengineering, biochemistry, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably with mammalian cell culture and PSCs.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a laboratory environment approximately 75% of the time, including occasional weekend hours.
Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
