We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team at Hunter Roach - State Farm Agent. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service to meet their insurance needs.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
- Salary plus commission/bonus.
