Job Summary

As a Strategic Account Manager at DISH Network, you will be responsible for spearheading our efforts in key retail sales channels. This role is instrumental in driving sales growth, optimizing account performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relationship with our strategic retail partner to ensure alignment with Boost Mobile's goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for Boost Mobile services within key retail environments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and promotions
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and provide regular reports and insights to senior management
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns within the retail partner's ecosystem to drive product visibility and sales
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and working with customer service teams to resolve escalations effectively
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with the retail partner to secure favorable agreements that support Boost Mobile's business objectives and long-term strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic account management, with a focus on retail sales and strategy
  • Strong understanding of retail sales platforms and best practices
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Compensation:
$83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year
