Job Summary

CapB InfoteK is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Document and track customer interactions and issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of commonly used technical concepts and practices

Nice to Have:

* Experience with call tracking software
* Knowledge of MS Office products and Active Directory
* Familiarity with iOS smartphones and tablets
