Job Title: Senior Physical Security Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physical Security Administrator to join our team at Mastercard. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring physical security policies, standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Abide by Security guidelines relative to security standards to provide safety and security of staff and assets
  • Assist employees and guests with security-related inquiries and provide direction on security policy and visitor directions as needed
  • Operational use of security systems, including access control, fire detection, and CCTV systems
  • Compliance with security operating guidelines and ensure proper escalation of any security-related issues
  • Coordinates/Dispatches emergency responses to all security events and resolves complex customer service issues
  • Physically fit enough to walk building patrols and monitor response to security systems
  • Assist with Fire, EMS, and Law Enforcement as needed
  • Grants ID badges to staff as needed and initiates Incident Report investigations and provides detailed reports
Requirements:
  • Active Driver's license
  • Minimum High School graduate or equivalent
  • Security, military, law enforcement, firefighting, or emergency medical services background preferred
  • Strong Customer Service Skills and formal and ongoing Security Training
  • Complex problem-solving skills and ability to represent Mastercard while interacting with Fire, EMS, and Law Enforcement
