Position Overview
This full-time role involves a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, operating from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The primary responsibility is to coordinate house call visits, maintain accurate records, and compile monthly reports regarding all related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls for home services, ensuring that all necessary information regarding physicians, testing, patients, and billing is accurately collected and confirmed before scheduling house calls.
  • Prepare test requisitions and guarantee timely completion of house calls, assigning swing phlebotomists as required.
  • Ensure that suitable patients are assigned escorts, maintaining an up-to-date daily Escort List.
  • Assist in the collection and verification of hours worked and payroll preparation for staff involved in House Call services, nursing homes, and draw sites.
  • Compile and prepare monthly reports detailing activities across House Call, Patient Service Centers, Faculty Practice sites, and nursing homes.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding current client activities and service-related issues, as well as information on potential clients.
  • Accurately input actual staffing data into the Res-Q actual staffing module before the end of each shift.
  • Retrieve time and attendance reports as needed, and accurately document and report sick or absent calls to the appropriate management personnel.
  • Accurately record patient census and nursing staffing guidelines for each shift.
  • Perform additional related duties as necessary. All responsibilities listed are considered essential functions of the position.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience is required.

Compensation Information
The salary range for this position is between $36,980 and $55,690 per year. This range represents a good faith estimate of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant at the time of this job advertisement and may be subject to modification in the future. Various factors may influence the determination of a team member's base salary, including location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget, and internal equity.
