About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Design to lead our design team and drive the company's design vision forward. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for setting the direction for our design organization and ensuring that our products and experiences meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to our design team, ensuring that our products and experiences meet the needs of our customers and align with the company's overall vision.
  • Design Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive design strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Design Operations: Oversee the design operations function, ensuring that our design processes and systems are efficient, effective, and scalable.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing design team, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure that design is integrated into the product development process and that our products and experiences meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in design leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and design thinking.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of designers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing.
  • Experience with design operations, including design processes, systems, and tools.
