About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned IT leader to drive our technology strategy and lead our IT team. As the VP of Information Technology, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our business objectives and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a VP or senior management position within a SaaS or technology-focused company
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing IT teams, with strong people management and mentorship skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop IT talent
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and software development lifecycles
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, networking, and enterprise architecture
  • Ability to align technology strategy with business objectives and drive innovation through technology
  • Experience managing IT operations at scale in a fast-growing environment
  • Strong project management skills with a history of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization and to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and industry best practices
  • Familiarity with relevant compliance standards and regulations in the SaaS industry
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $300,000 - $350,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and more.
