Salary & Benefits
As an Advanced Rural Healthcare Provider at Fast Pace Health, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Description
The Advanced Rural Healthcare Provider will lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, ensuring accurate completion of patient charts, and implementing clinical protocols to improve healthcare delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our patients and communities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A Master's degree in Nursing and current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as urgent care or occupational medicine
- Proven experience working as a telehealth clinician
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
