Job SummaryThe Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for leading clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and providing effective telehealth services. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing and relevant experience in urgent care or family medicine, with a commitment to community-focused health delivery.
Responsibilities- Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude to deliver excellent patient care.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
- Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including working knowledge of all health information management issues such as HIPAA.
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Nursing.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
- A commitment to community-focused health delivery.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
