Job Overview

The Advanced Technology Leaders Inc is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Training Program Manager to join their team. As an integral part of the company's operations, this role will be responsible for managing cyber training programs from start to finish, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires at least 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments, as well as strong project management skills and the ability to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead Cyber training programs effectively.

Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee all aspects of cyber training programs, including planning, execution, and evaluation
- Develop and implement effective training strategies to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Collaborate with senior-level DoD personnel and defense industry professionals to achieve program goals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead teams effectively
