Rural Health Care Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Fast Pace Health. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and active participation in community outreach.
About the RoleThe Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for leading clinic staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care and provide guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians.
- Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements.
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests and responsibly prescribe medications and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, including I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
- Masters Degree in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner License.
