Salary: $35 per clinic visit.
We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to lead our team in providing high-quality patient care. Your expertise will be invaluable in maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and implementing clinical protocols.
Job Description:
- Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude to deliver excellent patient care.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts and maintain confidentiality.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Prescribe medications and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care.
- Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
- Masters Degree in Nursing.
- Family Nurse Practitioner License.
