Position Overview:

Role Summary:
  • Lead the end-to-end design, construction, testing, and integration of Demand to Deliver (D2D) Planning processes.
  • Develop architectural solution design proposals for the existing Kinaxis framework and the overall solution landscape.
  • Facilitate the migration of source systems for the Kinaxis Planning Solution as part of a significant program.
  • Assist in resolving integration and process design challenges related to the value stream.
  • Possess expertise in master data requirements for advanced planning solutions.
  • Accountable for functional and integration specifications.
  • Provide thought leadership, best practices, and subject matter expertise within D2D Planning to promote standardized solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively in a multi-partner environment.
About the Initiative:

This multi-year initiative aims to establish a real-time enterprise founded on a unified data model, global processes, and seamless data flow, fostering operational efficiency and scalability. The initiative will encompass the implementation of advanced systems across multiple releases, ensuring the Kinaxis Solution aligns with the new platform approach.

Additional Responsibilities:

Conduct all activities in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of comprehensive Kinaxis experience in implementation or technical enhancement, serving as a lead solution architect.
  • Certification in Kinaxis, including Contributor Level 1, Author Level 1, and Administrator Level 1.
  • Proficient in demand planning, master production scheduling, capacity planning, aggregate supply planning, sales & operations planning, and order fulfillment.
  • A relevant university degree in fields such as Research Operations or Information Technology.
  • Expertise in upstream and downstream solutions essential for advanced planning systems.
  • Aim for standardized supply chain planning solutions within a global manufacturing context.
  • Demonstrate leadership capabilities, prioritize effectively, and lead complex global topics, persuading stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and collaborate within a global team across various time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in implementing supply chain planning solutions within the Hi-Tech or Semiconductor sectors is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work across global time zones with both onshore and offshore teams.
  • Remote work options available.
Compensation:
The expected salary range is $103,000 to $208,100, with the final salary determined based on qualifications, experience, and location.

Note: The role may require obtaining a security clearance during employment. Acceptance of this role commits to applying for such if requested.
