Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Manager to promote and build our company within the NYC Brooklyn/Queens area. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships within the community to generate quality leads for Home Care services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily Reporting
  • Build relationships, receive referrals, and promote our agency with Hospitals, Nursing Homes community organizations, and physician practices.
  • Manage and create new referral sources (nursing homes, hospitals, community referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct presentations to support groups, adult day cares, Community Events, etc., as well as conduct home visits and personalized appointments as needed to complete the enrollment process.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals from family members, caregivers, and other sources.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 1 year of Sales experience.
  • The ability to hold events and build relationships within the community.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • You must be a go-getter and self-motivated.
  • You must have a car and be able to travel to meetings daily.
  • PREFERRED LANGUAGE: Bilingual in Haitian Creole

Work Environment:

  • On the road.
  • 8-hour shift.
