At Solarwinds Corp., we are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to build relationships with IT decision makers, identify opportunities, and sell our products and services.

Job Description:

We are looking for someone who can prospect, qualify, and close business within assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have the ability to educate prospective clients on our products and services by conducting effective product demos. Additionally, they will engage directly with IT decision makers from various enterprises and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use a consultative approach to make warm calls and manage warm inbound leads
  • Partner with sales engineering to conduct technical and non-technical online web product demonstrations
  • Identify the best platform fit for the customer and cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Strategically identify renewal, new business, channel partnership, and velocity opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity and pipeline reports within Salesforce
  • Meet or exceed biannual sales quota

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of the sales cadence in order to optimize its execution
  • Previous experience working at a value added reseller or distributor
  • Channel experience is a plus
  • PASSION FOR SELLING AND ENTHUSIASTIC SELF STARTER WITH A CAN DO ATTITUDE
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals by phone while achieving established sales quotas
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively is critical
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency with CRM is strongly desired; Salesforce preferred
  • Solid understanding of IT concepts in order to quickly absorb and apply company-administered training

Salary: Estimated salary range is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
