Senior Commercial HVAC Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Commercial HVAC Sales Professional to join our team at Hoffman & Hoffman, Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Review plans and specifications to provide accurate quotes and pricing information to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team and manufacturers to ensure seamless product delivery and excellent customer service.
- Utilize industry databases to research upcoming jobs and bid opportunities.
- Preliminary take-off on upcoming jobs and develop comprehensive installation manuals for customers.
- Work closely with manufacturers to resolve issues and coordinate scheduling of equipment start-up and warranty-related matters.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar roles, such as Inside Sales/Account Executive/Product Management.
- Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently within a team.
- Sincere desire to help others and provide exceptional customer service.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving, leadership, and listening skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new products and vendors quickly.
