Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Commercial HVAC Sales Professional to join our team at Hoffman & Hoffman, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review plans and specifications to provide accurate quotes and pricing information to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and manufacturers to ensure seamless product delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Utilize industry databases to research upcoming jobs and bid opportunities.
  • Preliminary take-off on upcoming jobs and develop comprehensive installation manuals for customers.
  • Work closely with manufacturers to resolve issues and coordinate scheduling of equipment start-up and warranty-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in similar roles, such as Inside Sales/Account Executive/Product Management.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills.
