Job Opportunity

HR Works is seeking an experienced Interim Payroll Consultant to support our clients in Paylocity Payroll administration. This part-time opportunity is located in Rochester, NY, and offers a unique chance to make impactful contributions while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

  • Key qualifications include current knowledge of State and Federal employment law, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Additional requirements include flexibility, adaptability, and a readiness to jump in and contribute, as well as strong computer skills and Paylocity Payroll experience.
Requirements
  • An associate's degree is required, and a minimum of four years of experience in payroll and human resources support is necessary.
  • Intermediate-level experience with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel is also required, as well as experience performing reception and front desk activities.
