Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee port activation, connectivity, testing, and user setup.
  • Configure VoIP systems for sophisticated call routing capabilities.
  • Address minor wiring requests and execute wire cross-connections.
  • Diagnose and resolve telephone issues, replacing faulty hardware and adjusting software settings as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of repairs and installations to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to enhance VoIP equipment and service offerings.

Required Qualifications:
