Technical Support Specialist

Planet Technology USA is seeking a skilled Technical Support Technician to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for end-user systems, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for all end-user systems, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve PC-related issues, including hardware and software problems, networking problems, and user login issues.
- Maintain and update Active Directory user account management.
- Provide basic training to users on how to use software and hardware applications.
- Maintain and update the IT knowledge base and documentation.
- Assist with the deployment of new hardware/software-related projects as required.
- Support remote/video applications such as Zoom and WebEx, as well as VOIP solutions like Zoom.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Computer support or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with networking and database management.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
- Familiarity with OSI models.
- Experience with Windows 365.
- Experience with Macs preferred but not required.
