About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee and resolve accounts receivable issues, ensure efficient and timely billing processes, and perform credit checks and maintain customer data. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 2+ years of accounts receivable experience, with proficiency in Excel and SAP.
Responsibilities- Oversee and resolve accounts receivable issues
- Ensure efficient and timely billing processes
- Perform credit checks and maintain customer data
- Manage collections and resolve payment conflicts
- Facilitate aging meetings and coordinate with division managers
- Support cash forecasting and assist with month-end close
- Ensure timely posting of payments, credit and rebills, and filing of invoices
- Manage daily billing and tax exemptions
