Accounts Receivable Specialist local to Oakland Park FL
Job Description
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Aston Carter, you will be responsible for managing AR processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections. You will prepare and analyze financial reports related to AR, coordinate with clients to resolve billing and payment issues, and reconcile and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. Additionally, you will maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with a concentration in cash accounts, prepare month-end summary of inventory and COGS activity, and assist with month-end closing and financial reporting. You will also ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, inventory management, and general accounting. Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Experience in construction industry is a plus.
