Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant CSM experience in a SaaS organization, working with large enterprises and executive-level stakeholders.
  • A track record of building strong relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $166,500 - $200,000 USD, plus variable commission. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including equity, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), unlimited paid time off, paid parental leave, fertility, and mental health programs.
