Pioneer Climate-Focused Customer Success at CarbonChain

We're seeking an accomplished Customer Success Manager to lead our charge in decarbonization and drive business growth through exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that deliver long-term value to our customers.

You'll build strong relationships with strategic accounts, identify opportunities for expansion, and ensure seamless customer experiences. Your collaboration with our Sales and Product teams will be crucial in allocating resources and fostering a customer-centric culture within the organization.

In this role, you'll develop expertise in decarbonization and support our clients in overcoming challenges on their journey to Net Zero. With a passion for sustainability and a drive to make a meaningful impact, you'll be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to revolutionizing the way businesses approach climate change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive growth and value
  • Become a trusted advisor to strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth within existing departments and into new ones
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer challenges and risks
  • Design and implement customer lifecycle touchpoints to enhance engagement and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, customer success, or account management
  • Experience in commodities, manufacturing, or sustainability is highly desirable
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity and complexity
  • An ownership mentality, delivering impact despite obstacles
  • Deep customer empathy, using first-principles thinking to understand customer needs

Benefits and Compensation:

  • $137,000 - $178,000 OTE range, commensurate with experience
  • 28 days of annual leave + federal holidays
  • Home office set up allowance of $500
  • $2,000 annual learning allowance
