Job Description:

Cregger Company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, increasing sales, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling HVAC products to customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and average order size.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, features, and benefits to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that products are available for customers and that stock levels are optimized.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including warehouse and logistics, to ensure seamless customer service and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license to operate a company vehicle.
  • Prior HVAC Experience: Must have prior experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong understanding of HVAC products and systems.
