Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Sales Representative to join our team at Climate Zone. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing your assigned sales territory and creating new service and product accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. You will play a major role in retaining customer relationships, meeting all of their HVAC requests, and ensuring that customers receive outstanding service from all HVAC departments.

At Climate Zone, we strive to provide exceptional heating, cooling, and plumbing service, repair, and installation to our customers. We aim to build long-lasting relationships with our clients and ensure their complete satisfaction with our results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish strong customer rapport with products and services.
  • Sales Proposal Development: Form accurate and complete sales proposals.
  • Post-Sale Support: Help facilitate post-sale transitions with installation managers and installers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Product Education: Educate prospective customers on the superior quality products and services.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
  • Customer Information Management: Maintain customer information and make updates to our CRM.
  • Team Support: Support team members and peers to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Previous Sales Experience
  • Understanding of HVAC Principles
  • Reliability and Self-Motivation
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
  • Excellent Written, Verbal, and Interpersonal Skills
